I'm Damian.
Nice to meet you.
I've been a gym rat for as long as I can remember. By day I'm an engineer — tech background, a stint in military officer training, the type who likes to understand why something works before trusting it. Training has been the constant through all of it.
I'm not a slick transformation coach and I won't pretend to be. I coach the way I'd want to be coached: pay attention, keep it simple, change what isn't working. No magic programs, no chasing whatever's trending this month — just stuff that fits your life and actually holds up.
Working with me is pretty low-key. We'll laugh, we'll grind, and we'll happily rip up the plan when life gets in the way. The goal was never to make training your whole personality — just the thing that keeps the rest of it running.
